To use the latest technology, tools, processes and best in-class logistics service provider to give customers a smooth, hassle free and transparent experience of ordering a receipt of products.

Smartron will ensure clear order visibility / updates to customer and ensure timely, safe and correct deliveries to its customers.

Order processing

All successfully checked-out orders will be processed within 2 working days. Once an order is confirmed, customer will be notified via SMS / e-mail. Orders are not processed / shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, order processing may take extra one or two days. You will be notified through SMS / email.

Our aim is to serve customers in every nook and corner of India. However there may be cases/ geographies, which, due to practical difficulties may not be serviceable. You will get to know about your order serviceability once you put the pin code during order placement process.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail once your order has shipped. The tracking number (AWB no.) will be active within 24 hours on the website of the transport Co. (Courier / D2D cargo etc.). Shipment status can be tracked online.


However, in certain scenarios, despite best efforts, it is not possible to maintain the normal standard lead-time for deliveries. In case of extra orders rush, festivals, force majeure, riots, natural calamities and restrictions imposed by the local and central authorities, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. You can also track the status through the LSP (Logistics Service Providers) website.

Shipping charges

As part of our endeavour to provide customer delight, we don’t charge any separate shipment fee for our products, it is included in the price charged to you at the time of check-out. If your location falls in a non-serviceable area, you can contact our customer care centre to enquire about the special delivery. We can check with our LSPs to find an alternative way of delivery.

However, it may come with some additional charges and delayed delivery time. Upon your confirmation, we will levy the extra charges in the order and ship it.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

No shipment to P.O boxes, we require the complete delivery address with Pin Code.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Smartron bears the normal transportation charges. All fees/taxes/penalty/Octroi or any etc. imposed by any local /state /central authorities after shipment effected, are the responsibility of the customer and they have to bear it.


All Smartron products shipped are transit insured to ensure an intact delivery to customers. While taking delivery, please inspect the packet carefully and any damage must be recorded on the POD (proof of delivery) and returned to LSP delivery boy.

If the product is found damaged inside the sealed box, please contact our care centre for further assistance. It is however advisable to keep all the contents of the box and original packaging as it is and ready for inspection.
